Important information for your stay at Casa Bonmont

Upon your arrival
We remind you that this accommodation is NON-SMOKING.
No party or evening. Please respect the peace and quiet of neighbors.
Please check inventory and report broken items immediately.

The rooms
If you wish, you can bring the beds together by moving the central nightstand, please put them back in their place on the day of your departure.

Departure

Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Leave your keys on the table and slam the door upon leaving. An inventory will be conducted. If you would like to attend, please make an appointment by calling +33 630947767 or WhatsApp.


The guest is required to leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival, i.e., clean (dishes washed, dishwasher emptied, trash removed, etc.), and leave the furniture in the same place it was. Turn off lights and appliances.

Defects and Damage
If you notice any defects or broken items, we ask that you please notify us immediately of any problems on the day of your arrival. Likewise, if a breakdown or damage occurs during your stay, we ask you to notify us immediately.

Keys
You have 2 keys: 1 exterior key, 1 safe emergency key (Only if you forget the code)
WARNING: WHEN THE EXTERIOR DOOR IS SLAMMED, YOU NEED THE KEY TO OPEN IT, if the keys are inside you will no longer be able to enter.

The safe is located in the master bathroom cupboard.
The code is: 0035

Electricity
The circuit breaker is located behind the panel in the entrance.

Exterior Garden
You have 100 M² of garden for private use, it is delimited by shrubs, the rest of the garden is community, so you can access it if you wish.

The swimming pool is community.
It is not supervised and children are the responsibility of adults.
Access to the swimming pool implies acceptance of these rules. Any violation of these regulations may result in expulsion from the swimming pool.
